Does it cost more money when I book my vacation with a Travel Advisor?
For nearly all travel arrangements, the cost is exactly the same as if you booked directly with the cruise line, resort, hotel, airline or car rental company. We have the latest information on promotions and sales, so you get the best value for your trip. This includes packages to bundle air, hotel, cruise and car together, so you spend less than booking each item individually. I can offer hotel pricing at Member rates, AAA rates and AARP rates.
Travel is primarily a commission-based industry – so I’m paid by the hotels, cruise lines and tour suppliers after you’ve completed travel. There are just a few circumstances when fees will be included as part of your booking costs:
Flight and Rail arrangements:
– Domestic Air $40 individual; $50 family
– International Air $75 individual; $100 family
– Multi-stop air – $100 and up (for example, island hopping in Hawaii, multi-country Europe)
– Domestic or International Rail: $40 individual; $50 family
Custom itinerary planning fee – international or domestic – starting from $150 and up
Cancellation of cruise or tour prior to final payment – $100 per family
